Know How We're Formed

"All Feet Up Non-Profit Organization, Inc. (dba: AFUNO) is a U.S. base charity organization founded since April 2004 and incorporated in Phoenix, Arizona in November 22, 2011 by two men who had the same vision to change the lives of the unfortunate Haitian children who are living in the midst of poverty.

To accomplish such dream, we had decided to form two board of directors within the organization. This technique is uniquely designed to fit and fulfill our mission. The two boards are listed below, and both together formed the organization which we call AFUNO.

The boards are; a "Governance" and a "Non-Authoritative".

How We Function & Organize

This First Board of Directors is the "Governance Board".

This is a "Non-Authoritative Board".

How do we separate the donations giving us.

We separate the giving items by percentage, cash and/or non-cash donations. We use a method called 7030 & 2575.

  • 7030 Rules. All monetary donation will split to what we called 7030 plan. This plan allows us to monitor the expenses between both boards, the U.S. and Haiti. 70% of the revenue stays to benefit the children in the U.S. and the 30% goes to help maintain the abroad overhead cost.
  • 6040 Rules. All new donated footwear directly from companies will split to benefit AFUNO's mission. 60% of all new donated shoes will be used to support our the U.S. cause and 40% of it with the 100% of the used shoes go to Haiti.

Our Mission & Believes

As a charity organization, we obviously cannot help these in need without your generous support. AFUNO is a nonprofit tax-exempt charity organization dedicated to providing footwear to students who are in dire need. Our main focus is to ensure that, all students have an adequate pair of shoes  and also focus on making sure that no students walk to school barefooted. We are taken the first step to help the underprivileged school-aged and the talented to have the opportunity to own a pair of shoes.
